Swara Bhasker responds to Hardik Pandya and KL Rahul’s Supreme Court hearing, says ‘Being raunchy isn’t a Crime’

Indian cricket players Hardik Pandya and KL Rahul’s controversial comments on Karan Johar’s chat show, Koffee With Karan season 6 has put them into huge trouble. To the extent that, it has also put their careers on a stake. The two were suspended by India’s cricket board (the BCCI) after they made some comments on women on a television show. After being banned from the current ongoing series against Australia, the delay of the two cricketers has been delayed. Recently, the Committee of Administrators (COA) requested the Supreme Court of India to appoint an ombudsman for the further inquiry in the case. While many have been slamming Hardik and Rahul over their comments, many have spoken in support of them.  Bollywood actress Swara Bhasker, recently took to Twitter and shared her thoughts on the whole controversy. The actress tweeted, “I’m a staunch feminist.. butreallllllyyyyyyyyyyy???????? Like realllyyyy???? Being crass is not a crime!!!  And aur koi kaamnahi hai kya hamaarey courts ke paas!!??.” While the actress has reacted to how things areturning harsh against the two Indian cricketers, Karan Johar, the host of Koffee With Karan is yet to react on the whole controversy.

Meanwhile, it is confirmed that Rahul and Hardik will not be playing the limited-overs series against New Zealand. If the ban continues for a long time, the two might even miss IPL 2019. Well, the boys might have already learned from their mistakes and are seeking a quick decision in the matter.
